Does anyone know what happened to historical romance author Gloria Wiederhold or how to get a hold of her? I had fallen out of touch with her, but in trying to catch up recently discovered that her website is gone, as is her blog, newsgroup, bulletin board and MySpace page.

Gloria contacted me last week and asked me to remove her information, book covers, pictures, Author page, etc., from the HRC website. She didn't say exactly what was happening, but indicated that we would learn of it in the near future. I too searched for her website, blog, etc., and as you said it's all gone. I went to Samhain next, and her books are still listed there (that was last week), but the links they had for her were the same - went to nowhere. Something is happening, good or bad, and even though I have her new email addy, I don't feel it's within my rights to bug her for more information. She was a customer of ours, and I simply followed her instructions. If you learn anything, please keep us posted.
