Looking for a book, thought it was by one of my top 5 fav authors, but can't find it.  Girl takes a small boat out for a jaunt while waiting for this guy (who she thinks will propose) to visit and is abducted by pirates. The pirate who takes her is dark I think, and ends up taking her Italy??? I remember the author saying ti was one of the first/earlier books she wrote.  Am I going senile... more senile... or is this book out there??? I am a fan of Deveraux, McNaught, Garwood, Lindsey, but cannot find it in their listings...? Help! Thanks!
