I am looking for a book title which is kind of hard cause I read this book ages ago and I really dont know much of the story anymore. I somehow think that it is by shirlee busbee but I am not sure.
I only know the ending. Its a girl that met with a guy and slept with him and got pregnant. then after a lot of misunderstanding they split, and after six years they accidentally meet and he sees his son for the first time and they make up... and at least a part of it takes pert in the us.
I know its not much to work with, but if onyone has a suggestion... also I always look for books with big misunderstandings. If anyone can suggest any... My favourite authors are Johanna Lindsey, Meagan Mckinney, Judith McNaught. Anything in that line...
I don't know if this is the actual book you are looking for or not, but try Elizabeth Lowell's "Chain Lightning." Even if it's not the book you want, from what I remember, it's one that falls in the general theme of what you've described as liking. It took me some Google searching to find the name of "Chain Lightning," when all I could remember was a bit of the plot as well.
thanks a lot But I just looked it up and I think its not a historical romance. Somehow I just cant read contemporary romances. But thanks for going through all this trouble :)

your description reminds me of one of Virginia Henley's books. I can't remember the title (it was only one word though), but I think the woman's name was Kitty. Hope this might help.
