A Keep Taken

I was hoping someone could help me name a book, I only read the excerpt and first chapter.

A Keep was taken (I think by the English), the Lady of the keep concealed her identity but was forced anyway.  Drunk, the man passed out on top of her.  The Lord in charge of the invasion was this man's cousin, and dragged him off of her, disgusted with the situation.  Thinking her a whore he told her to get up and out of the keep.  Realizing she was an innocent who had been beaten and raped, asked her to be the maid of his fiancee who would be arriving in a couple of days.  She tried to stay out of the other man's way but after she was cleaned up, he wanted her again.

If anyone knows the name of this book, please let me know, I was logged out of the Web site and lost the info.

I finally found the name of the book.  It's "Conquest of the White Rose" by Goldie McBride.

Lady Elspeth is captured, abused and threatened when Norman invaders attack her home. After days of being nothing but a bed partner to the leader, Elspeth is rescued by an unexpected savior: Guillume, Lord Arnaud, the new owner of her home.

The handsome lord's interference keeps her from the hands of his wicked half-brother, but she wonders if he might in time prove to be a bigger danger than his predecessor.

Guillume is mystified by the feisty temperament of the woman he claims by right of conquest. Once her face heals from the beating his idiot half-brother administered, he is drawn to Elspeth for more than her spirit. He knows it's wrong, but Guillume yearns to make love to the one woman who could captured his heart.

Matters come to a head when Elspeth is accused of murder and Lord Arnaud must decide to trust his heart and not finger-pointing facts.
